I like the look of these tables from Convenience Concepts. Rubbed black finish and most importantly NOT ridiculously expensive.
Here’s the end table, the console table, and the coffee table with bottom shelf— gotta love the bottom shelf. I’m always on the look out of storage-y pieces that still look elegant and this coffee table strikes a good balance.
I was going through a rubbed black finish phase for a little while back there when I was re-decorating my room. I decided black furniture was too heavy if I was going to pair it with grey walls (too much like an all-around gloom-fest, really) but these would look great against the yellow I have in my living room. I plan to get one soon, the entryway table shaped like a demilune. I’ve had demilune on the tip of my tongue for weeks now since I saw a really cute but more expensive demilune console table somewhere else.
